Italian Coffee

Generally, when making Italian coffee at home, people use the Moka pot invented by Italians. This coffee maker also uses the principle of steam pressure to extract coffee (another “disciple of Watt”).

The Moka pot allows pressurized steam to pass directly through the coffee grounds, allowing the steam to instantly penetrate the cell walls of the coffee particles (another “disciple of Hooke”), extracting the essence of the coffee.

As a result, the brewed coffee has a rich aroma and a strong bitter taste, with a thin layer of coffee oil floating on the surface. This layer of oil is exactly the source of the attractive aroma of Italian coffee.

Con Panna and Macchiato Coffee

Italian coffee truly offers a “blooming variety” of styles, giving rise to two more wonderful creations: Con Panna and Macchiato.

By simply adding an appropriate amount of fresh cream to Italian espresso, a cup of Con Panna can be easily created.

The delicate white cream gently floats on the deep-colored coffee, resembling a pure white lotus rising from muddy water, making people almost reluctant to drink it in one sip.

For Macchiato, no cream or milk is added to Italian espresso. Instead, only two large spoonfuls of soft, dense milk foam are added.

Unlike Con Panna, to fully enjoy the delicious taste of Macchiato, it should be consumed in one sip.

French Café au Lait

The ratio of coffee to milk is 1:1.

When preparing a traditional French Café au Lait, the milk pot and coffee pot are poured into the coffee cup simultaneously from both sides.

This brewing method has continued for hundreds of years.

Today, it remains an essential beverage on French breakfast tables.

A true French “baby” coffee, with a rich and creamy milk flavor!

Turkish Coffee

Turkish coffee still uses the traditional brewing method today.

Its complex preparation process carries a mysterious exotic charm.

Through this coffee, we can catch a glimpse of the magnificent prosperity of the Ottoman Empire at its peak.

Irish Coffee

The name itself carries the rich aroma of whiskey.

The Irish people regard whiskey as an essential part of life, and naturally, they also add their own touch to coffee.

Irish coffee, prepared with whiskey, can better highlight the sweet and sour flavors of coffee.

A touch of mature melancholy…

Be careful, drinking too much coffee can also make you feel intoxicated!

Royal Coffee

This exquisite coffee was created by a powerful emperor who conquered many battles.

Yes, he was Napoleon, the Emperor of the French Empire!

He did not like the flavor of milk.

What he loved was the pride of France — Brandy!

(Another person who added strong liquor into coffee!)

The blue flame dances with the rich aroma of brandy and the caramelized fragrance of sugar cubes.

Combined with the deep aroma of coffee, it creates a taste that is slightly sweet within its bitterness…

The pride of France, the romance of France.

Green Tea Coffee

The refreshing aroma of green tea brings our attention back from distant countries.

Japan is a nation skilled at absorbing and blending different cultures.

This time, they found a balance between Western coffee and Eastern green tea, creating a new favorite for tea lovers.

This is a coffee with a pure Oriental style.

The elegant fragrance of green tea and the rich, full-bodied character of coffee blend and interact beautifully.

Iced Latte Coffee

Once again, we must mention Latte coffee.

By mixing fructose with milk to increase the density of the milk, it prevents the milk from mixing with the lighter coffee, creating two clearly separated layers of black and white.

This creates a beautiful visual effect similar to a cocktail.

Combined with ice cubes, it gives people an elegant, romantic, and warm feeling.

Magic Ice Cream Coffee

This creative and ever-changing magical flavor belongs to the younger generation.

Pour Italian espresso over a cold vanilla ice cream, then freely decorate the whipped cream and ice cream with chocolate sauce.

This magical ice cream coffee blends together perfectly, leaving only fragrance and refreshing smoothness on your palate.

Mocha Frozen Coffee

For those who love chocolate, why not try a “frozen” chocolate mocha coffee?

Blend ice cubes and ice cream together with a blender to create a smooth and creamy texture.

Then add mocha iced coffee, and the drink is complete!

Smooth on the palate, refreshing and aromatic.

On a hot summer afternoon, it brings you a cool and delightful moment.
