2008
HB WORKSHOP was founded in Fuyang, Hangzhou. The first HB coffee roaster was successfully delivered in August.
2009
HB WORKSHOP relocated to Ningbo, marking a new stage in product development and manufacturing.
2010
The first-generation 2 kg commercial coffee roaster was officially launched.
2015
A 500 g coffee roaster was introduced and gained increasing attention within the specialty coffee industry.
2016
HB Series coffee roasters entered overseas markets including the United States, Thailand, Malaysia, and other countries. The first electric coffee roaster was also launched.
2017
Aiqu Coffee Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. was established. The PEAK prototype achieved key technological breakthroughs.
2018
The 6 kg industrial coffee roaster was officially launched, expanding HB’s commercial roasting equipment portfolio.
2019
A 300 g sample coffee roaster was launched and received recognition from renowned coffee roasting expert Scott Rao.
2020
The Shanghai Marketing Department was established. HB-M2S received the “Best New Product” recognition at the 2020 SCA exhibition.
2021
A 30 kg fully automatic industrial coffee roaster was introduced. The first Aiqu Coffee Roasting Competition was successfully held.
2022
HB SPACE Hangzhou Experience Center was established in August. In October, the fully automatic PEAK-P1-G coffee roaster was officially launched.
2023
PEAK-P1 was selected as an official roaster for the 2023 Thailand Coffee Roasting Championship. Aiqu Coffee Technology (Ningbo) was recognized as a High-Tech Enterprise. The PEAK-P1 electric-heating version was officially launched.
2024
The newly developed “Light Wing Matrix” heating system received an invention patent.
2025
HB became an officially designated coffee roaster brand for the China Coffee Roasting Championship (CCRC). PEAK-P1 and PEAK-P8 were used for professional competition and demonstration applications. The new Ningbo factory was completed, doubling production capacity.
