The HB-SHARK300 is a commercial fume-filtration and air-purification system designed for coffee roasters with a roasting capacity of 0–3 kg. It helps capture roasting smoke, chaff particles, oil mist, and odors before the exhaust air is discharged into the surrounding workspace.
The system uses a high-voltage electrostatic absorbent plate as its main purification stage. An inlet filter provides chaff prefiltration, helping prevent larger particles from entering the electrostatic section, while the outlet filter uses activated charcoal to reduce residual roasting odors.
With an air-handling capacity of 3500 CMH and a stated purification efficiency above 95%, the HB-SHARK300 is suitable for coffee shops, roasting studios, training centers, and small commercial roasteries that require improved indoor air management.
An auxiliary fan supports switchable roasting and cooling modes. The cooling system provides a fan discharge of 30 m³/min, allowing the unit to assist with airflow management during both roasting and post-roast cooling.
The machine also functions as a supporting platform with a maximum load-bearing capacity of 200 kg. Universal wheels with brakes make it easier to position the system beneath compatible coffee-roasting equipment and secure it during operation.
