Integrated Roaster Linkage Control
The PEAK-AB30 uses roaster linkage control, allowing the afterburner to operate in coordination with the connected roasting machine. This control arrangement helps integrate the afterburner into the overall roasting workflow rather than requiring it to function as a completely separate system.
Its control method is particularly suitable for equipment layouts where the roaster, burner, and smoke extraction system must operate as a coordinated installation.
LNG and LPG Fuel Options
The PEAK-AB30 supports both LNG and LPG, providing flexibility for facilities with different fuel supply conditions. The machine operates at a gas pressure of 4 kPa and is equipped with a DN15 fuel connection.
Gas consumption varies according to the selected fuel:
- LNG: 3.5–7 m³/h
- LPG: 3–6 kg/h
These specifications provide clear reference values for gas supply planning and installation preparation.
Airflow and Exhaust Connections
To support integration with the roasting exhaust system, the machine is configured with a 150 mm air-in tube and a 200 mm exhaust tube.
The defined connection sizes help installers coordinate the afterburner with the associated airflow, ducting, and smoke extraction layout. Together with the fuel connection and linkage control, these interfaces create a more organized equipment installation.
Vertical Enclosed Structure
The PEAK-AB30 measures 470 × 470 × 1650 mm, giving it a tall, space-efficient structure. Its vertical format helps reduce the required floor area while accommodating the burner, ventilation openings, connection ports, and control components within one enclosed machine body.
As shown on page 1 of the product brochure, the machine features a white rectangular enclosure with upper and side connection ports, ventilation openings, and raised supporting feet.
