The PEAK-AB10 Afterburner is designed to operate together with a compatible coffee roasting machine through roaster linkage control. This integrated control method allows the afterburner and roaster to work within the same operating process, simplifying equipment control and installation in professional coffee roasting environments.
The unit supports both LNG and LPG fuel configurations and operates at a gas pressure of 2–3 kPa. Maximum gas consumption is specified as 2.6 m³/h for LNG or 1.8 kg/h for LPG, with a DN15 fuel connection. For ventilation and exhaust installation, the machine is equipped with a 150 mm air-in tube and a 200 mm exhaust tube, providing clear connection specifications for integration with the roasting and smoke extraction system.
With machine dimensions of 400 × 400 × 1315 mm, the PEAK-AB10 features a compact vertical structure that helps reduce the required floor area. It has a net weight of 75 kg and is available in white or black. The electrical control system operates at 220 V with a rated power of 35 W.
