Adjustable Feeding Connection
The PEAK-QS90 uses an adjustable slide-rail feeding structure that can be positioned according to the height of the coffee roaster outlet. The feeding hopper can be adjusted to heights of up to 700 mm or 875 mm.
One side of the inlet structure is removable, allowing the destoner to accommodate different roaster outlet designs and production layouts.
High-Volume Air Suction Separation
The machine provides an air suction volume of 50 m³/min for separating roasted coffee beans from stones and other dense impurities. Its maximum processing capacity of 500 kg/h supports high-volume bean handling within commercial roasting and packaging workflows.
Large 100 kg Hopper
The QS90 is equipped with a 100 kg hopper, providing the greatest holding capacity in the PEAK-QS series. It is suitable for larger roasting operations that require greater intermediate storage and continuous bean transfer between roasting, destoning, and packaging processes.
