Adjustable Feeding Connection

The PEAK-QS60 features an adjustable slide-rail feeding structure that can be positioned according to the height of the connected coffee roaster outlet. The feeding hopper supports height settings of up to 700 mm or 875 mm.

The removable side structure allows the feeding inlet to accommodate different discharge spouts, making the destoner easier to integrate into new or existing roasting layouts.

Efficient Air Suction Separation

An air suction volume of 50 m³/min supports the separation of roasted coffee beans from stones and other dense foreign materials. With a maximum processing capacity of 500 kg/h, the QS60 can handle repeated production cycles while maintaining efficient material flow.

Increased Hopper Capacity

The 70 kg hopper provides greater holding capacity than the QS30 while retaining the same basic footprint. This makes the QS60 suitable for roasting facilities that require increased bean-handling capacity without substantially increasing the required floor area.
