Adjustable Feeding Connection
The PEAK-QS30 uses an adjustable slide-rail feeding structure that can be positioned according to the height of the coffee roaster discharge outlet. The feeding hopper supports height settings of up to 700 mm or 875 mm, helping create a smoother transfer path between the roaster and the destoner.
One side of the feeding structure can be removed, allowing the inlet to accommodate different roaster spout configurations and production layouts.
Efficient Air Suction Separation
The machine provides an air suction volume of 50 m³/min to separate stones and other dense foreign materials from roasted coffee beans. Its maximum processing capacity of 500 kg/h supports efficient operation during repeated roasting and packaging cycles.
Compact Destoning Configuration
With a 40 kg hopper, the QS30 is the most compact model in the PEAK-QS series. Its vertical separation chamber, adjustable feeding hopper, collection outlet, and open supporting frame are integrated into a space-efficient structure suitable for commercial roasting environments.
