Gas and Electric Heating Options

The PEAK-P15 is available in gas and electric configurations while maintaining the same 3-15 kg batch range, 6-15-minute roasting cycle, and rated capacity of 60 kg/h.

The gas version supports LPG and LNG and uses a Venturi-premixed burner to provide controlled convection heating. It operates at 220 V with a rated electrical power of 2100 W and requires a gas supply pressure of 4 kPa. Listed gas consumption is 0.24-1.5 m³/h for LPG and 0.48-3 m³/h for LNG.

The electric version operates with a three-phase 380 V power supply and a rated current of 100 A. It uses a multiple-unit heating-wire system, with a total rated power of 38 kW and a heating power of 36 kW. This dual-version design allows the PEAK-P15 to be configured around the available energy infrastructure without changing the main roasting capacity.

Double-Layer Drum and Controlled Airflow

The roasting chamber is equipped with a standard double-layer cast-steel drum. Its internal cast-steel, double-layer multi-paddle structure uses HB patented technology to move and redistribute the coffee beans continuously during roasting.

Drum speed is adjustable from 40 to 60 rpm, allowing bean movement to be coordinated with batch size, heat input, airflow, and roast development. The combination of cast-steel construction, adjustable rotation, and convection heating creates a controllable roasting environment for different production requirements.

The hot-air system uses digital air-pressure control and variable-frequency speed adjustment. It provides a fan discharge of 15.4 m³/min through a 150 mm hot-air duct. This allows airflow to be adjusted throughout the roasting cycle and coordinated with the heat source and drum speed.

Intelligent Control and Real-Time Data

The integrated iHB+Artisan system is operated through a 13.3-inch HD capacitive touchscreen. The interface brings roasting controls and real-time process information together in one operating area, while USB and Wi-Fi outputs support roasting-data transfer and profile management.

Real-time monitoring includes four-way temperature data, rate of rise, air pressure, and gas pressure. The system also provides constant air-pressure control, helping maintain stable airflow conditions during production and supporting more consistent profile replication.

Automatic and manual modes allow operators to choose between standardized production and direct process control. Established roasting procedures can be repeated through automatic operation, while manual control remains available for profile development and adjustment.

Rapid Cooling and Flexible Bean Handling

After roasting, the beans are transferred to a stirring cooling system with a fan discharge of 25.1 m³/min. The cooling system uses a 200 mm duct, while the hot-air and cooling exhaust paths are separated to maintain independent airflow during roasting and cooling.

The machine provides automatic and manual control for both bean charging and roasted-bean discharge. Its multi-angle adjustable discharge structure can be positioned according to the surrounding production layout, making it easier to coordinate the outlet with collection containers or downstream equipment.

A quick-clean port provides access to the cooling tray for routine cleaning, while the drawer-type chaff bucket simplifies chaff collection and removal. The swivel-arm operating design also allows the control interface to be accessed from different working angles.

Integrated Production Configuration

The PEAK-P15 can be connected with the TS30 feeding system to create a more integrated green-bean loading and roasting workflow. This connection reduces separate material-handling steps and supports more organized operation around the roasting system.

The machine measures 2700 × 1150 × 2050 mm and weighs 770 kg. It is shipped in two packages measuring 2250 × 1200 × 2260 mm and 1200 × 1100 × 1070 mm. These dimensions provide reference information for transportation, unloading, workshop access, and installation planning.
