HB-QS40 Coffee Destoner

The HB-QS40 is a floor-standing coffee destoner designed for higher-volume coffee processing operations. It has a holding capacity of 62 kg and a maximum processing capacity of up to 100 kg/h, making it suitable for commercial coffee roasteries, coffee factories, and production lines that require continuous removal of stones and other heavy impurities from roasted coffee beans.

The machine uses an air-suction separation system with an airflow volume of 11 m³/min. Its 400 × 500 mm feeding hopper supports convenient bean loading, while the elevated separation chamber directs the processed coffee into the stainless-steel collection container below.

As shown on page 1, the HB-QS40 features a stable floor-standing frame, a side feeding hopper, an upper separation chamber, and a lower collection bucket. The integrated structure provides an organized workflow while keeping feeding, separation, and collection areas clearly arranged.

With a rated power of 370 W and a 220 V, 50 Hz power supply, the machine provides practical performance for commercial use. Its black industrial finish, 85 kg net weight, and robust frame make it suitable for installation beside medium- and large-capacity coffee roasters.
