High-Speed Green Coffee Feeding

The PEAK-TS30 transfers green coffee beans at a feeding speed of up to 60 kg/min, supporting fast and efficient loading for larger coffee roasting machines. Its 30 kg feeding capacity provides sufficient material handling for repeated roasting cycles while reducing the need for operators to lift and pour green beans manually.

The conveyor creates a defined transfer path from the lower feeding point to the elevated discharge hopper. This helps organize the loading process, reduce unnecessary bean handling, and improve workflow efficiency around the roasting equipment.

Adjustable Lifting Height and Feeding Distance

The PEAK-TS30 can be configured according to the position of the coffee roaster and the available production space. The standard lifting height is 3 m and can be customized up to 5 m, making the conveyor suitable for equipment with higher feeding hoppers.

The standard horizontal feeding distance is 3 m and can be extended up to 8 m. This flexibility allows the feeding unit and coffee roaster to be positioned according to the workshop layout rather than requiring them to be installed directly beside one another.

63 mm Feeding Pipe

The conveyor uses a 63 mm feeding pipe to transfer green coffee beans from the loading section to the elevated discharge point. The larger pipe diameter supports the machine’s 60 kg/min feeding speed and is suitable for higher-volume bean transfer.

The pipe structure is supported by a vertical frame, helping maintain a stable feeding path between the base unit and the discharge hopper. The elevated outlet can be positioned above the receiving equipment for direct bean delivery.

Compact Mobile Base Unit

The PEAK-TS30 has a machine size of 1240 × 580 × 680 mm. Its compact horizontal base contains the feeding mechanism, motor, and lower hopper while leaving the upper pipe structure open for connection with the roaster.

The machine has a net weight of 85 kg and is equipped with supporting wheels, making workshop positioning and installation more convenient. Its white enclosed housing helps protect the internal components while maintaining a clean appearance suitable for professional coffee production environments.

Electrical and Transport Information

The conveyor operates with a rated power of 3000 W and requires a three-phase 380 V power supply. These specifications should be considered when preparing the electrical connection and installation location.
