Efficient Green Coffee Bean Feeding

The PEAK-TS20-P transfers green coffee beans at a feeding speed of 8 kg/min, helping operators load the coffee roaster without repeatedly lifting and pouring beans by hand. The conveyor can be positioned between the green bean container and the roaster hopper to create a more efficient material-transfer process.

The feeding capacity is not limited to a specified hopper volume, allowing the conveyor to work with different bean containers and production arrangements. Its 38 mm feeding pipe provides a defined transfer path from the bean collection point to the elevated discharge hopper.

Adjustable Feeding Height and Distance

The conveyor is designed to accommodate different roasting-machine heights and workshop layouts. Its standard lifting height is 2 m, which can be customized up to 3 m when a higher discharge point is required.

The standard horizontal feeding distance is 1.5 m and can be extended up to 8 m. This adjustment range allows the drive unit, bean container, and roasting machine to be positioned according to the available production space rather than requiring them to be installed directly beside one another.

Compact and Flexible Installation

The PEAK-TS20-P uses a compact base unit measuring 460 × 400 × 840 mm. The small footprint makes it easier to install beside a coffee roaster without occupying excessive production space.

The elevated pipe and discharge structure can be configured to deliver green coffee beans directly above the roaster hopper. This arrangement helps simplify loading and keeps the main floor area around the roasting machine accessible for operators and other equipment.

Electrical and Transport Information

The conveyor operates with a rated power of 1100 W and a three-phase voltage of 220 V. The machine has a net weight of 42 kg, providing a stable base while remaining practical for installation and workshop positioning.
